At the Centre for Applied Automation, we believe technology should give time back to people. As part of West Midlands Police’s IT & Digital department, our mission is to design, build, and support smart automation that frees officers and staff from repetitive tasks, improve our data quality and enable us to better serve our communities.
We approach automation like any other critical service: applying robust design, testing, and governance to ensure every solution is secure, reliable, and scalable. Combining RPA expertise with UiPath, supported by a selection of other tools, we’ve developed a digital workforce that works hand-in-hand with our people.
